- Annual cash bonuses - As part of the Bankers sales force you're eligible for the best annual cash bonus program in the industry! This bonus program is progressive, the more you earn the larger your bonus.
- Contests - Each year we offer you several opportunities to win rewards for increasing your sales. Contest qualifications and prizes vary from year to year. We'll provide you with a separate brochure containing information about each contest.
- New Account Bonuses - With our history of cultivating long-term relationships, we believe every new customer is as valuable to us as they are to you. We encourage you to develop lasting relationships with new customers by paying you cash for each group of 25 new customers you introduce to Bankers Advertising each year.
- Salesperson Referral Program - We know you want to keep your rewards growing, and our referral program helps you do just that. It is a win-win situation because this generous program adds to your personal income while ensuring a bright future for the Bankers sales force.
- President's Circle Recognition - We believe in rewarding our top earners with the best. Those members of our sales force who achieve a superior level of sales join our President's Circle. You become a President's Circle member by reaching an annual sales goal of at least $75,000, which places you at the Bronze level. The minimum sales to achieve the Silver level is $125,000. The Gold level is $250,000 in minimum sales and the Platinum level is $400,000, the Ruby level is $750,000 and Diamond level is $1,000,000 and above. Each person's goal varies and is based on the previous year's sales level plus an increase.
- National Sales Meeting - As a member of the President's Circle we give you the chance to meet with other exceptional sales professionals by earning a seat at our National Sales Meeting. You'll receive an all-expense paid trip to an exciting location where we enjoy lots of fun and learning. You'll get a sneak preview of new products, hear about new trends and marketing techniques and share your own strategies for effectiveness with other salespeople. At this event we hold our annual awards banquet where we recognize President's Circle members, Career Sales Achievement Awards, Top Award Winners and name the Bankers Salesperson of the Year. Previous trip locations have included: Cocoa Beach, FL; Santa Fe, NM; Clearwater Beach, FL; San Francisco, CA; San Antonio, TX , Toronto, Canada and even a Carnival Cruise.
