We Can Help You Make The Best Impression

Because we offer so many products, requirements vary with every order - so we're here to help you with your art.

  • If you have digital (computer) art files, e-mail or upload them to us and we'll assess them. If you need help creating usable art, our experienced art department is here to help. Our charges are reasonable, and we keep your art on file indefinitely.
  • If you don't have any digital files, your Bankers Promotional Consultant can help you find the right hardcopy for us to digitally re-create.
  • Or if you don't have a logo yet, we can work with your Bankers Promotional Consultant to design one for you.

You can e-mail art files to artwork@bankersadvertising.com, or if you're more comfortable uploading via the web, you can use our easy "upload art" tool below.

If you have a file larger than 5 megabytes, we also have FTP capability. Contact your Bankers Promotional Consultant for the information you'll need to access our FTP site.

Acceptable File Types:

Both Mac- and Windows-based files are acceptable. What is most important is the file's contents:

Most Imprints Require "Vector" Art.

EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator) and PDF are the most common formats that can contain vectors. JPG, GIF, TIF and PSD files are never vector. Export Macromedia Freehand as EPS. Publisher and CorelDraw are acceptable, but exporting as EPS or AI is preferred. Quark XPress and Adobe InDesign files are also accepted; any linked files must also be usable. If type is not converted to outlines or curves, send all font files used. If you have high-resolution, non-vector art, we may be able to convert it to usable vectors.

Sometimes Non-Vector Art Is Acceptable.

Non-vector art is called "raster" or "bitmap" and is made of pixels, or tiny dots. The key is how many dots per inch (DPI) the file has. Most of our halftone (photo-friendly) processes require 300 DPI to print cleanly. If you don't have a good scan of your photo, send it to us and we'll scan it into a computer file.

COMBINATIONS of vector and raster are also OK on halftone items. Send raster art as a separate TIF or JPG with little or no compression, rather than embedded in the vector file.

If you have questions or need assistance, your Bankers Promotional Consultant would be happy to help you, or go to the Contact Us page to inquire.
